Holiday Tops for the Divas...
This Cross-Over Top made for my niece Willow, will be perfect during the holidays...and the winter beyond. Made from cotton/lycra knit, it features an embroidered snowflake on the shoulder.
SEWING NOTES: Ottobre Design pattern, #29 from issue 01/05..that I modified slightly. Shoulder seams stabilized with PRO-SHEER ELEGANCE Fusible Interfacing
from Fashion Sewing Supply.
Of course I made one for Bella too! This delightful cross-over top is constructed differently from the one above, and is more suitable for a 7 year old.
SEWING NOTES: Ottobre Design pattern #9 from issue 03/04...slightly modified.
Shoulder seams stabilized with PRO-SHEER ELEGANCE Fusible Interfacing from Fashion Sewing Supply.

Really cute Pam!
That is so adorable! I'll be using the sheer elegance on my next project. I can't wait to try it out!
Pamela .- happy Christmas to you and yours and my best wishes for the new year.
Hugs, Paco
Too Cute! What lucky little girls in your family!!! THese are great examples of the magic of 3 - your accent color is in THREE places - shoulder and sleeves. I will use it as a good example in my design principles class if you permit me. I'm personally impressed you used the Ottobre. I don't think I'm smart enough to decipher all those lines! Can't wait to try your new pro-sheer elegance interfacing...my next order.
Londa..thanks for the nice compliments.....yes of course you may use any of my garments as class examples...consider this a "blanket" permission for now and anytime in the future!
